Handcrafted Knitwear with Heart and Intention

Welcome to The Chickadee Tree, where timeless design meets ethical craftsmanship.
I’m Amanda Feldgreber, a fiber artist creating handmade knit and woven pieces from rescued, recycled, and natural materials. Every stitch is part of my lifelong journey toward slow fashion, sustainability, and beauty inspired by nature.

Each piece in my collection is created with care—meant to be worn, loved, and lived in. Whether it’s a cozy knit accessory or a handwoven treasure, I craft with intention, using materials that honor the earth and celebrate simplicity.

Meet the Maker

Weaving 100% Bamboo yarn for wraps and jackets.

I did my first yarn project when I was four years old, and I’ve had fiber in my hands ever since. What began as a childhood joy has grown into The Chickadee Tree—a home for fiber art rooted in connection, color, and care.

I believe in:

  • Working with rescued and recycled fibers

  • Creating low-waste, high-love pieces

  • Designing fashion that’s free from fast trends

  • Letting nature and color lead the way

Thank you for supporting slow, thoughtful fashion.
